The Rebel Squadrons High Command

The Rebel Squadrons High Command is made up of several distinct groups of people. But before I get into that, let me tell you a little bit about where the council convenes. High Command can meet anywhere that necessity demands, and those meeting places range from the flagship Rebel Spirit to the flagships of the various fleets. The primary conference room for the High Command is in the Command Dome right here on Blerthmore. As you are no doubt aware, my office, and the desk that you are sitting in, is also located in the Command Dome. Blerthmore has served as Rebel Squadrons Headquarters ever since our inception. Located in the Greeop system, its sister planets include Salsasia IVb, which is the HQ of the Rebel Squadrons Commando Division.

Serving on High Command are the many and varied people that make up the RS command staff. Voting members are the Commanding Officers of the various fleets. Each fleet gets one vote, and a simple majority is sufficient to carry out a conclusion. The non-voting side of HC includes all Fleet Executive Officers, the Fleet Commander, RSXO, and RS Internet Officer. In rare cases, I get to vote to break a tie. But apart from that, the Fleet CO's do all the heavy deciding.
