5.1.0
The Rebel Squadrons is the finest force in the galaxy, and as such it requires its officers' and cadets' conduct to be beyond reproach, exemplary in respect and consideration toward all - not just between RS members. In matters where cooperative interaction is required to organize a competition with a rival club, RS officers are expected to act with the utmost of courtesy. Any grievances due to the actions of a member or members of another club will be addressed to High Command for investigation, and no direct or independent action shall be taken on the part of the aggrieved.
5.1.1 When violations of RS regulations are alleged to occur, normal military judiciary procedures will ensue. Hopefully, all matters of question can/will be handled at the lowest level possible, but, lacking that, the Minister of Justice shall be notified of a possible infraction, and will initiate an investigation. After accumulating a sufficient amount of facts, or testimony, the MoJ execute any due sentence. The following is a list of sentences the MoJ may impose. The MoJ's decision is appealable to the FC.
5.1.1(a) reprimand
5.1.1(b) probation
5.1.1(c) channel ban
5.1.1(d) removal of command position and/or op status
5.1.1(e) demotion
5.1.1(f) suspension
5.1.1(g) expulsion
5.1.2 In the execution of their responsibilities, the Minister of Justice shall take any action deemed necessary and prudent. If a case or task is delegated, the Minister shall follow up the case or task to ensure it's appropriate solution. While some suggestions or disputes may require some investigative research, such research shall be conducted as quickly and fairly as possible. Each "case" or task shall be handled and judged as a separate instance, except where an "offending party" has history of this particular offense. When any necessary investigative research has been completed, the Minister of Justice or delegate shall make a judgment based on the information gathered and take appropriate action, whether that action be dispensation of punitive measures, or case dismissal.

Guide to actions which will require official attention:
5.2.1 Verbal Abuse:
5.2.1(a) The Rebel Squadrons does not tolerate non-fictional and unprovoked harassment of a public nature, intended to discredit, defame, or embarrass another person - regardless of rank or position of either the offended or the offender.
5.2.2 Discrimination:
5.2.2(a) The Rebel Squadrons does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, age, sex, sexual orientation, religion, handicaps of any sort, computing platform, or Internet Service Provider, and will not tolerate such discrimination among its members. Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to, exclusion from joining any specific area of the RS and exclusion from consideration for command positions, as well as any removal from the RS for the above stated reasons. All claims of discrimination must be referred immediately to the MoJ for interpretation, and if necessary will be forwarded up the CoC.
5.2.3 Sexual Harassment:
5.2.3(a) Any such harassment by RS members will be taken with all appropriate seriousness and will be pursued to the extent of RS disciplinary measures.
5.2.4 Cheating:
5.2.4(a) Because many of the activities the RS engages in requires members to play missions or matches and report scores, any CO may require a pilot file or the equivalent to prove the members score or statistics. Administrators of online competitions or gaming matches may require score verification, or logs, or a replay to prove the result. If sufficient evidence is gathered that points to a member cheating in any form, disciplinary action may be taken.
5.2.5 Excessively Lude / Crude Behavior:
5.2.5(a) Because the majority of the Rebel Squadrons is made up of children, as legally defined, we are especially concerned with providing a safe and fun environment as free as possible of anything that may be considered to be in disagreement with the common social morality. We understand, also, that slight infractions herein will tend to lend more of a flavor of reality to our fictional universe. Therefore we intend to leave this statement vague and use judgment as to acceptability on a case by case basis. It is intended here, not to control our members' behavior, but to protect any innocence as may remain within our members
5.2.6 Dereliction of Duty:
5.2.6(a) The Rebel Squadrons expects it's members to carry out their duties in an attentive manner so as to prevent the possible disruption or discontinuation of any unit within the scope of the RS. Neglect, or gross and / or repeated failure to carry out RS responsibilities are not conducive to the healthy growth of the RS. This clause applies only to members who have chosen such responsibilities, such as a unit CO, XO, or other position of responsibility, and will not be applied to a member for actions in a general membership position.
5.2.7 Abuse of Authority:
5.2.7(a) The Rebel Squadrons expects its officers to use the authority vested in them by the RS to enhance the fun and rewarding experience of those in their charge. Abuse of such authority in a manner which intimidates, stifles, or hurts RS members without demonstrable extreme good cause shows a lack of command ability, and may result in such authority being revoked temporarily or permanently. Also, any RS rosters, or membership data, must be used in a manner consistent with recognized 'nettiquette' (e.g., no chain letters, no inappropriate, unsolicited, and / or illegal commercial announcements); abuse of such data constitutes abuse of access to it and may warrant disciplinary proceedings
5.2.8 Espionage:
5.2.8(a) The Rebel Squadrons is part of the Alliance and the defensive force of the Republic as recreated by Princess Leia Organa, and those other fictional characters as exist in the Star Wars universe. Consistent with this, our "conflict" with any other "rival" clubs is, and will remain, purely fictional. While we may make use of FICTIONAL spies in storylines to aid us in our defense of the Republic at times, it is against Rebel Squadrons policy for any of it's members to engage in espionage intended to sway the balance of power toward either our side or that of rival clubs, in our fictional conflict. It is also against Rebel Squadrons policy for any of it's members to engage in any activity which is intended to non-fictionally harm any other gaming club. Since the fictional nature of the conflict the RS engages in requires the cooperation of our associated allied and rival clubs, any infraction of this nature will be dealt with severely. Recommended action sequence: a) Summary Expulsion with no recourse and no reprieve
